One of my favorite childhood board games was Candy Land. After all, what’s not to love about a fun, simple game with a candy theme? Well, what if we combined two of my favorite things, candy and spanking, to create a new board game? Enter Spanky Land!
How fun would this be? I’d ditch the cards in favor of dice because I’m pretty sure the tops would find a way to stack the deck in their favor. Players take turns advancing to the next colored space that matches the roll of a multicolored die. When a bottom lands on one of the spaces marked with a dot, he or she gets swats with the implement indicated in the corresponding picture. The number of swats is determined by a roll of a numerical die
So how does candy factor in? Unless the top is willing to take swats when he or she lands on a marked space, then the bottom receives a piece of candy.
Almost forgot to mention those rainbow slides. If a player lands on the purple or green space at the end of the rainbow, they have to slide back down to the indicated space earlier in the path and take their chances moving past those dreaded marked spaces again!
